Terrabianca 2007 Chianti Classico Riserva – 92 Parker - $31.95 per bottle The 2007 Chianti Classico Riserva Croce (Sangiovese) shows more freshness and focus than the Campaccio in this vintage. Deceptively medium in body, the Croce hovers on the palate with compelling red cherries, flowers, tobacco, mint and underbrush. The French oak contributes volume and warmth, but without overpowering the more subtle elements that make this such a delicious, expressive bottle. This is a fabulous effort from Terrabianca. Terrabianca 2007 Campaccio – 93 Spectator #39 TOP 100 – $39.95 per bottle Very silky and floral, this red reminds me of Burgundy with its bilberry, violet and raspberry aromas and flavors. The grainy tannins show the other side to this wine, which needs time for the two components to balance. Ends with a long, intense, fruit-filled finish. Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. Best from 2014 through 2027. Terrabianca 2006 Campaccio Riserva – 90 Parker- $56.95 per bottle The 2006 Campaccio Selezione Riserva flows from the glass with tons of dark fruit and a powerful, authoritative personality … The Campaccio Selezione Riserva is 50% Sangiovese and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. Anticipated maturity: 2014-2024 Terrabianca Grappa D’Oro - $79.95 per bottle A distillation of Sangiovese, this Grappa spends 18 months in cherry wood barrels where it develops complexity, nuance and colour.
