2007 Les Grandes Serres Cotes du Rhone Les Portes du Castellas +103697 $14.95
Rated 89
VC: Produced in much smaller quantities than its red counterpart, white Côtes du Rhone offers its own special pleasures. This charmer from Grandes Serres is soft and supple and culminates in a lively peachy finish. A great summer wine. My note: A full-bodied white without a lot of oak. Lovely ripe notes of white peach and melon. Refreshing and satisfying.
