This wine is complex and involved with aromas of tobacco leaf, sweet vanilla plus mixed and savoury herb and spice with wisps of leather. Flavours of black Bing cherry and ripe cranberry abound on the palate and the lengthy dry finish. It also layers on an herbaceous tang.
