Born from the idea of producing high quality ice cider from the unique terroir of the province of Québec, the Antolino Brongo family estate was founded by Daniel Brongo, Patricio Brongo and Francisco Antolino.

This first project of the estate is a high end ice cider from the indigenous varieties of apples that are found in Québec. The orchard of the estate is based in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, in the region of the Basses-Laurentides.

The soil of this region is composed of glacial deposits (gravel, sand) on a light slope of 3% oriented south-south-east, ideal for the apple trees to grow. The climate is one of the driest in the province of Québec.
