At Pepper Bridge Winery, a Walla Walla winery, our mission is to make ultra-premium, world-class Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon and Walla Walla Merlot with grapes sourced from our Walla Walla Estate Vineyards. These vineyards, Pepperbridge Vineyard and Seven Hills Vineyard are recognized as two of the best — not only in the appellation — but also in the state. In these vineyards, we practice sustainable viticulture remaining committed to the long-term viability of the winemaking industry in the Walla Walla Valley.

Attention to detail and functionality were the driving forces behind the design and construction of Pepper Bridge Winery. The three-level winery is built into a hill, serenely surrounded by Pepper Bridge Vineyard.  The winery itself is a winemaker’s dream. It is a state-of-the-art, gravity-flow facility, complete with subterranean caves. In a gravity-flow winery such as this one, the grape pulp and juice are moved from the sorting table to the tanks to the barrels via gravity, rather than by pumps. This gentle treatment of the grapes prevents the shearing of seeds and the introduction of bitter tannins. As a result, all of our wines have elegant textures and exquisite flavor profiles.
